Single Coating Tubing |

Single-coated neon sign tubing is made of clear lead glass and is available in a wide range of both standard and custom colors. Standard colors are normally available from stock in 4 foot lengths of 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18, 20 and 25 mm diameters. |

Custom Colored Tubing |
|
Custom color tubing uses phosphor coatings originally developed for special applications which are now available to the trade on special basis. This tubing can be made in 4 foot lengths in all standard diameters. Minimum order quantities apply. Please contact your sign supply distributor or Voltarc's Sign Group for more information. |

Double-Coated Tubing |
|
Voltarc was the pioneer in the development of double-coated neon tubing colors. They were originated to provide the richest deepest shades obtainable. The color is created by first coating the inside of the clear led glass tubing with a pigment which gives the tubing a base color. A second coat of phosphor provides the luminescence. Double-coated tubing is supplied in 4 foot lengths and in 9 to 25 mm diameters. It is best used for borders and sweeping curves where the brilliance of the color can create and attention getting and dynamic contrast with other sign elements. Tight bends are not recommended because they can cause the coating to thin-out at these points. |

Tri-Color Tubing |
|
Tri-Color's are a blend of three rare earth phosphors (Red, Blue & Green) and typically have better color rendition, color preference, and more light output than standard neon tubing colors. They can be operated at higher currents and usually are more stain resistant. |

Eight foot sign tubing |
|
You can get 8 foot lengths of lead glass tubing in all standard and double coated colors from Voltarc. The available tubing diameters are 18, 20, and 25 mm. White, Warm White, Cool White and Snow White are stock items. |
